Noah Safian - Week 7 Videos

This is a pretty cool video exploring the use of contact microphones. I don't have much experience with these pieces of hardware but I find them very intriguing and I think that further incorporation of contact mic'd sound could be really cool in your composition.

In relation to your incorporation of nature, growth, and time in your piece, I think this could be a really awesome phenomena to explore. This thing called the "MIDI Sprout" gives plants a voice, allowing you to listen to a plant play harmonious sounds in order to "experience the way patterns and melodies change in relationship to fluctuations in your environment".
