Good communication; speaking AND listening with respect
Too many leaders / directions

Willingness to experiment
Going above / around collaborators
Trying out ideas or suggestions before dismissing them
Uneven delegation of work
Overcoming presumptions
Lack of responsiveness
Explicit expectations

Aligning expectations
Uneven sharing of credit
